Bur is a flower of burdock plant. Growing up we used to play a lot with burs of the burdock as they tend to be very prickly when dried up and stick to anything you throw it at. Well, it stuck with us. It was a playful way for us to include our upbringing in the name and laud the plant.

BUR BUR originated from a family recipe. Shared with us by our grandmother that thought us how to make a DIY treatment at home. After seeing the results our friends started asking to share the reciepe.

A lot of products on the market are white label - meaning they come from the same formula and being used over and over again by different brands. We decided to make something unique and what we knew so well and share it with the world. It took us over 16 month to formulate it to perfection.
